SHIPPING POLICY

Apparel is made to order and will ship within 3-5 business days, this does not include weekends, holidays or actual shipping time once it gets handed to the shipping carrier. Our business days are M-F. Some items will take longer to ship, if this is the case, it will be listed in the description of the item. Please note, if you upgrade your shipping, that does not decrease the ship out time, it just makes sure your package moves along faster with the shipping carrier! Packages ship with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority.

You will receive an email with tracking when your order has been pulled for fulfillment and when it has been dropped off for shipment, your tracking will update. Keep in mind the 3 business day turnaround time after you receive your initial email with tracking. Chels & Ry is NOT responsible for any delivery delays because of carrier shipping delays. Please understand there is absolutely nothing we are able to do to make your package arrive faster once once it has been dropped off for shipment. Please refer to your tracking and if you have ANY questions as to the whereabouts of your package once it has left our shop, please contact the shipping carrier.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Chels & Ry is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages. If you do not receive your package after it shows delivered or feel is it lost, please file a claim with USPS. If they are unable to resolve your concerns, please reach out to us so we can help in any way we are able to.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please double check your address at checkout before submitting your order, refunds will not be given if an incorrect address is provided or a package cannot be delivered due to invalid address. If you accidentally submit an incorrect address, please reach out to me within an hour of ordering so I can get your address updated. Once an order has a label created, I will be unable to change your address. Customer will be responsible for re-payment of apparel to have a new one made and shipped. 

We are only shipping within the US at this time.
