REFUND POLICY

All apparel (shirts/sweatshirts) are currently made to order with our production partner and cannot be cancelled or refunded after an order goes into production. If you accidentally order the incorrect size/color or enter an incorrect shipping address you MUST email within an hour of purchase to ensure changes can be made. If an order is already in production, NO changes can be made and a refund/cancellation cannot be given. If you receive your item and it is damaged, or not the size/color you ordered, please email me so I can make sure you receive exactly what you ordered!

Digital downloads CANNOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason. If you have an issue with the file you received please email me so I can troubleshoot with you.
